Thanks for using Tabletop Game Industry! These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tabletop Game Industry (“we” or “our”) websites, client software, and services, so please carefully read them before using Tabletop Game Industry.
You're responsible for your conduct, must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Please safeguard your password to the Services, make sure that others don't have access to it, and keep your account information current.
Finally, our Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under the age of 13. By using our Services, you are representing to us that you're over 13.
By accessing or using Tabletop Game Industry in any way, whether you have created your own Tabletop Game Industry account or are accessing Tabletop Game Industry public content, or are just browsing around, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions written in this document.
Some of our Services allow you to download client software ("Software") which may be updated automatically. As long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software, solely to access the Services. To the extent any component of the Software may be offered under an open source licence, we'll make that licence available to you and the provisions of that licence may expressly override some of these Terms. Unless the following restrictions are prohibited by law, you agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Services, attempt to do so, or assist anyone in doing so.
You're free to stop using our Services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you're not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others' use of the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR Tabletop Game Industry’S OR ITS AFFILIATES’ FRAUD, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, IN NO EVENT WILL Tabletop Game Industry, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR:
(A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR
(B) ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.
THIS WILL BE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT Tabletop Game Industry OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You give us permission to use content you create and share like text and images. Some content that you share or upload, such as photos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You own the intellectual property rights (things like copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Tabletop Game Industry.
Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. However, to provide our services you give us a license to use this content. Specifically, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This means, for example, that if you share a photo on Tabletop Game Industry, you give us permission to store, copy, and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings) such as service providers that support our service. This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems.
You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. Learn more about how to delete your account. You can download a copy of your data at any time before deleting your account.
You give us permission to use your name, profile picture, and information about your actions with ads and sponsored content.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you (by, for example, sending a message to the email address associated with your account, posting on our blog or on this page). By continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
